Opened November 23, 1998.

Located right in front of the south exit of Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Facing the bus terminal, it is the first shop to bear the Palazzo brand. It is equipped with a large parking facility.5-42-6 Nakakasai, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo 134-0083
