Privacy Policy

Palazzo Tokyo Plaza Corporation and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”) recognize the importance of protecting personal information and are committed to safeguarding its privacy. Handling of personal information When the Company obtains personal information from customers (name, address, e-mail address, or other information that can be used to identify the individual customer) at our shops or on its website, the Company shall specify the purpose of use, provide its contact information, and handle the information within the necessary scope. Use of personal information When necessary for providing services to members, or for sending publications or e-mail to members, the Company may make use of information provided by members concerning items on the membership application form. In addition to the stipulation of the preceding clause, the Company may use for sales and marketing purposes the information it has obtained concerning member card use, information concerning stored balls or tokens, or other information obtained by the Company as a result of member card use by members. Protection and management of personal information The Company shall manage personal information so as to maintain its accuracy and currency, within the necessary scope based on the purpose of use. It shall also take reasonable and strict security measures from technical and organizational standpoints to safeguard this personal information from risks such as loss, damage, alteration, or leakage due to inappropriate access, based on the “Guidelines concerning the Protection of Computer Processed Personal Data in the Private Sector” issued by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. Disclosure of personal information The Company shall not disclose the personal information of customers to a third party other than an outsourcing vendor without the consent of the customer. Disclosure of the personal information of customers may be made, however, when required by law.
